4 cups of SWP mixed vegetables
1 onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter
Combine all ingredients and put in a baking dish.
Crush 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and combine with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the vegetables
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
